Delivering Change is a nonprofit project of the local Riley County Perinatal Coalition, which is comprised of individuals and organizations that impact the health of mothers and their infants in Riley and Pottawatomie counties.
This exciting project was created in response to a growing need for improved access to healthcare, improved health of women of childbearing age, and improved outcomes for the infants born in our community.
Delivering Change is a community-wide collaborative effort that aims to increase or improve the tools necessary for improving maternal health and decreasing infant morbidity and mortality.
Delivering Change creates an environment for healthy moms and their healthy babies…right here in Riley and Pottawatomie counties.
