Program Itinerary

Session 1: Basics of pregnancy & the importance of prenatal care
Session 2: How to eat healthy for you and your baby, appropriate exercise while pregnant, and how to manage stress
Session 3: Information about labor & delivery, as well as, how to recognize pre-term labor
Session 4: Options for feeding your baby and what to expect from breastfeeding
Session 5: Ways to care for your baby such as feeding, bathing, and keeping them safe from harm
Session 6: How to recover from the physical and emotional changes that happen after giving birth
