Delivering Change is an exciting Geary County project created in response to a growing need for improved access to healthcare, improved health of women of childbearing age, and improved outcomes for the babies born in our community!

This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number #H49MC27818 and title Healthy Start Initiative–Eliminating Racial/Ethnic Disparities for total proposed award amount of $3,532,933.

This project is supported by the Kansas Department of Health & Environment- Bureau of Family Health.
